We provide and independent third party review of project plans, viability, timeframes and documentation. A basic one day review covers the brief, business case, and project plan. The outputs of this review are a one page report, 30 min conference call and 30 minutes question time. A basic review is recommended so that projects can be independently reviewed and where only minor corrections are expected.

A thorough review is recommended where a project has been initiated and issues have now become apparent. Apart from reviewing the project documentation this service delivers in depth issue resolution workshops, mediation between clients and project teams, and project rescue recommendations. Thorough reviews have been completed for software SDLC, hardware infrastructure and business projects.
The time required and outputs for a thorough review are dependent on the size of the project and complexities to be resolved.
